Well its just over 2 weeks since we dropped our van off at Jayco Hexam to have the leaky roof fixed. Two weeks of phone calls chasing backwards and forwards and escalating emails and we are still waiting on parts to be sent from Melbourne to Newcastle to fix our van. We have been promised by Melbourne (Head Office) that they have sent and re-sent the required parts and yet Newcastle still insist they haven't received any of them.
With just 5 weeks left till we leave for WA and numerous jobs left to do that require the van we are all starting to get alot frustrated.
The kids and I were all looking forward to a weekend away this weekend but as we don't have the van back thats not going to happen either - more disappointment!
Would I recommend Jayco Newcastle - definatly not their after Sales service is non-existent and getting to speak to anyone their that can help you is impossible.
If you are thinking Jayco - think again!!
